Little Pancake Place is a family run business based in Uckfield, East Sussex.
As a family of avid festival attendees we have wanted to set up our own festival food business for several years. Having been gluten free for a some time while and with friends who are celiac we are very aware of the little choice available for those on a restricted diet at festivals.
It was not until a dutch friend introduced us to poffertjes - little pancakes we saw a great opportunity and decided to developed the recipes to be gluten free and created an tasty menu of sweet and savoury toppings to go with them. With a bit more work we created a vegan version too.
Where possible we use local, organic, fairtrade ingredients.
